To be considered you must have 2-3 years experience in real estate, be proficient in SoftPro and able to handle files from taking title requests to finals. Must be detail-oriented multi-tasking individual who can work in high stress situations while maintaining a friendly, helpful, positive attitude. There is extensive public contact with clients, realtors, lenders, etc. Accuracy is an important requirement in this job. Must be a North Carolina Notary Public. Non smoker preferred.
