Role Description
Eschen has grown rapidly from a small business to a leading provider in the Northeast. We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful HR Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to head HR operations. The HR manager will develop and manage the processes and procedures to support a medium-sized business operation.
Role Responsibilities
Create and maintain employee HR policy, procedures and systems for areas including performance management, employee training and orientation, payroll, disciplinary actions, employee benefits, regulatory compliance and time off
Implement strategic organizational changes to increase productivity and employee satisfaction
Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture and trains them to succeed in their roles
Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulation
Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
Position Requirements
Bachelor? Degree in Human Resources or related business field
8+ years? experience in a human resources management position
Background in healthcare organizations and multi-site operations
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives to improve employee morale and productivity
Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws
Exceptional interpersonal communication and skills
Knowledge of ADP preferred
