EMR SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The EMR support specialist will work closely with the EMR project manager as well as the EMR software vendor in coordinating and implementing new software updates to our company. This position plays a key role in providing technical and direct support for our employees and management teams.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot EMR software issues
* Coordinate, implement and explain new software updates
* Liaison for Boston IVF with software vendor
* Work closely with EMR project manager
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
* Minimum of associate's degree in a related major, BA or BS preferred
* IT with healthcare electronic medical records system experience
* 3-5 years IT experience
* Strong ability to troubleshoot
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well independently as well as a member of our IT/EMR team
