What we?re looking for:
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Implementation Manager, Software Pre-Sales
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field.
Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or revenue cycle.
Technical knowledge such as data integration, interoperability, HIE
Data Mapping/Technical SDLC knowledge
Desired:

Clinical Workflow Knowledge
Implementation Experience
Responsibilities
Oversee implementation of cutting-edge, market dominating Care Management software
Guide client through functional, integration, and user acceptance testing processes
Design & tailor workflows, screens, fields based on gathered business requirements
Work with implementation team to recommend business process improvements that minimize potential application changes
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
Contribute to writing specifications and design documents for the products
Contribute to pre-sales efforts in demonstrations and product overviews for gap analysis.
