Sales Account Representative Job Opening in Spring Lake, Michigan - ACEMCO INCORPORATED is dedicated to meeting and exceeding our customer?s needs. We are a TS-16949 certified manufacturer of automotive metal stampings, welded assemblies as well as tube bending, laser cutting and more. Looking for an experienced Sales Account Representative. This position will be an essential part of our team.
In this position you will call on current and prospective customers to solicit new jobs and opportunities.
Call on current customers to review existing jobs open issues and quotes. Assist with the preparation of quotes for new and existing jobs.
Prepare monthly Customer Development Reports and submit to Vice President of Sales.
Download and plot out data received from customer for quoting, if necessary.
Quote engineering or process changes the customer has requested.
Troubleshoot problems with the customer when there are problems related to our parts or processes.
Be a direct contact for the customer for various commercial and technical issues.
Travel throughout the territory to stay in personal contact with customer.
You will need strong customer service skills and be ready to travel and find new business opportunities.
