Sales Professional Job Opening in Kalamazoo, Michigan - Ayers Basement Systems is GROWING, and we are looking for a full time in-home sales professional to run company-provided leads and close sales in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair field. We provide qualified, high quality leads (customers contact us for appointments).
This is an opportunity to make $90,000+ per year to start based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
Drives to customers? homes on pre-scheduled appointments.
Builds rapport with customer and determines their desired outcomes.
Carefully examines the customer?s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
Provides necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
Closes the sale with the customer.
Follows up with the customer as needed.
Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
Meets or exceeds his/her projected monthly Average Dollar Per Lead.
Attends the weekly sales meeting and other required meetings.
Is an ambassador for the company?s culture and purpose.
Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
Job Requirements
1+ years of successful experience in the sales field
Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills required
Strong ethics and high integrity required
Skill in operating a personal computer and programs
In-home sales experience or experience in the residential real estate, , home inspection, or home improvement industries preferred
Sales and/ or construction experience preferred
Comfortable with a 100% commission based income after 90 day training period
A valid driver?s license and a safe driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
