The Travel Dealer Inc, Powered by Casablanca Express is growing! We are seeking to hire for our Mini-vacation sales department. You will be paid a base hourly rate, versus commission. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement plan WITH COMPANY MATCH! and paid time off for full time team members.
Experience in sales, or marketing is a plus. If you?ve previously worked for Starpoint, RSI, Diamond, Grandview, Bluegreen, Hilton, Marriott, TLC, A mini-vac phone room, or have similar experience you will excel here and we really want to meet with you ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Travel Specialists work in a call center environment.
Sell Mini-vacation packages to clients over the phone
Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly production goals
Comply with company policies and procedures related to marketing and sales practices
Adherence to the script is critical, so Agents must have strong reading skills.
Qualified candidates must feel comfortable speaking with Guests on the phone.
Requirements :
Must be 18 years of age, or older
A High School Diploma or GED is required
Must have customer Service experience of at least 6 months consecutive with one company.
Call center experience desired but not needed
Must be able to pass an FBI Background check.
Desired Attributes :
Experience with Guests over the phone
Typing speed of 30 WPM
Ability to conduct oneself in a manner that promoted a professional atmosphere, and ensures that each encounter is an above average experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills a must.
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to be in a repetitive environment.
Being able to read a script, and follow the script as it is written without deviation.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Compensation ranges from between 10.50 / hour to a max of $14.50 / hour vs commission.
