Vice President of Sales Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - MEET Las Vegas is a unique award-winning venue that offers a truly customizable, technologically advanced, and personally inspiring meeting and event space in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. Our 40,000 sq. ft. venue is a host site for trade shows, corporate and social events, and weddings.
We are currently in search of a Vice President of Sales . The desired candidate will have a demonstrated track record of meeting or achieving revenue goals through a strategic sales plan. The VP of marketing will leverage their knowledge of the Vegas territory to distinguish MEET Las Vegas from other venues in the marketplace. This position requires tenacity and drive to secure new business, while building a cohesive team of sales coordinators.
KEY DUTIES:
Some of the main responsibilities of this job include
Develops and executes a strategic sales plan
Negotiates and executes contracts
Evaluates ROI to drive maximum revenue
Conducts heavy prospecting in hospitality, tradeshow, vendor resources, conventions, and other sources to generate new business opportunity

Knowledge of the Las Vegas marketplace is required
Experience creating profit and loss estimates
Experience with leading and inspiring sales coordinators
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as required
