Description:
Service members and providers who contact the call center regarding eligibility, benefits, and provider services
Relieve Receptionist for breaks by performing the primary functions and duties of the Receptionist
Consistently be at work on time
Perform other related duties as required by the Customer Service Supervisor or Customer Services Manager
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum six (6) months of work experience in Customer Service
Computer Skills in MS Office
Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Pay Rate: $13.00/Hour
