POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is located in Henderson, NV. The Business Systems Analyst position reports to Vice President Information Technology. This role provides technical support and system administration for all areas of Manufacturing (including: Warehousing, Distribution, Procurement, Accounting, HR, etc.). This position contributes to the overall goals by maintaining the integrity and viability of all technical and application solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as Business Systems Analyst for Sage X3 and Netsuite ERP.
Have professional exposure in Manufacturing environment.
Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines and responsibilities.
Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline.
Provide friendly phone, on-line, and on-site support services for our employees using X3 and Netsuite.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for Sage X3 and Netsuite including, workflow configuration and validation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 plus years of experience using ERP solutions (prefer Netsuite and Sage X3) in manufacturing environment.
Strong Manufacturing and Quality background.
Experience with programming languages; knowledge of Javascript.
Understanding of SQL queries and databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and or Oracle).
Understanding of operational processes and requirements including but not limited to manufacturing with a functional competency in related areas such as accounting, shop floor, procure to play, operations, e-commerce or CRM functions highly desired.
Experience in providing support related to product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and complex solution recommendations.
Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired.
Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired.
Demonstrate a strong focus on quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle multiple projects, and the pressures of managing to required timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take direction as well as work autonomously.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Attend internal operational meetings, participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and Q&A.
Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.
A bachelor?s degree desired.
