Clinical Supervisor Job Opening in Kansas City, Missouri - Our practice is looking for a Clinical Staff Coordinator to lead our team of medical assistants in a multi-location, multi-state private practice located in Kansas City. The key duties of this team member will be:
Continually recruit the happiest, brightest, most-caring team members to join our quickly growing team.
Lead our clinical team on a daily basis, providing a model of positive, compassionate care for our patients and service for our physicians.
Provide input on structuring the team for maximum performance including incentive bonus plans and career development plans.
Pitch in and help when needed, but hold hire standards for our clinical staff
Develop good people
Schedule clinical staff at our multiple locations throughout Kansas City
Contribute to the management team in our periodic meeting.
Develop policies and procedures that create top-notch clinical care.

Experience / Qualifications Required:
A college degree is required (MHA, LPN or RN would be a plus)
3 - 5 years supervising clinical staff in a healthcare setting; preferably in a surgical specialty practice
Ability to motivate and retain top performers
Ability to move from project to project; scheduling work as the schedule requires
Executive presence necessary to work with our physicians on a daily basis.
