AP Data Entry Job Opening in Louisville, Colorado - Accounting Admin
Overview:
Primary job duty will be entering AP data
Entering of PO numbers & Invoicing into the ERP system
Regular admin duties required as needed
Pay rate: $15 - $17 per hour
Duration: Temp to Hire
Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility
Location: Louisville, CO
Core Requirements :
Basic Accounting knowledge
Must have Accounts Payable data entry background
Computer proficient and comfortable learning new software quickly.
Intermediate skill with Excel, Word, and Outlook
Need to be self-motivated, and self-starter. Looking for someone who can learn the first time and run with it.
Preferred:
Working understanding of invoices and purchase orders
Using ERP system
Manufacturing background
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
