Summary To deliver an outstanding guest experience - delighting each and every guest by exceeding his or her expectations. To accomplish the sales, service and profit objectives set forth in the daily meetings, annual, quarterly, and monthly profit plan(s). Using as a reference the Policies, Processes, Methods, and Tools, as defined by Tint World Automotive?s Operational Playbook, you are expected to achieve and maintain the following objectives:
Essential Functions
Focus on the guest experience while treating our associates with the same respect.
Train, Coach and Motivate your staff to the sales process standards as well as the unit goals, F&I and Customer Service components of your Store.
Uphold the 4 ExperienceManager Commitments:
All managers must arrive 30 minutes prior to your team arriving. Experience Managers must be a student of their numbers and prepare for the day, prior to your team arriving to ensure success.
Team meetings must occur every day. Team meetings should be scheduled for 30 minutes when your team will communicate a recap of the team meeting to the Owner every day.
Follow up with Experience Guides throughout the day. As an Experience Manager, you will hold your team members accountable, keep them motivated and commit to coaching and training daily.
Recap the day with each team member. Before an associate leaves work, you must recap the day and ensure all team member responsibilities have been fulfilled.
Oversee the Operational and Financial Performance of the store on an annual, 90-day, monthly, weekly, and daily basis. Establish, implement, and enforce systems and procedures for attaining the objectives in the departmental Operational and Financial ?Plan?. 100% execution is required, ensuring that every effort is made to maximize every sales opportunity, and consistently achieve our budgeted goals.
Manage Customer Data by ensuring Experience Guides and all team members are entering data into business applications with 100% accuracy. Ensure data concerns are addressed in a timely manner and provide feedback when necessary.
Create customer advocacy through the coaching of a predictable, repeatable and sustainable process that allows the Guest to be in control of their purchasing process. By educating our Guests about the Tint World Difference and delivering a worry-free sales experience by ensuring full transparency.
Follow Tint World?s Loss Prevention and Safety procedures including Key Control, Protective Eyewear, Safe lifting practices, and slip and fall prevention practices.
Maintain 100% compliance with all required Tint World, manufacture, and Playbook training.
Maintain the highest ethical behavior at all times. Tint World believes taking the ethical highroad is the cornerstone of providing the very best experience for our guests, our associates, and the communities we serve.
Enforce company-required uniform guidelines which must be met in order to begin work each day. These guidelines include the following:
Tint World specific shirts and slacks are permitted.
High level of cleanliness and grooming will be required.
Arrive on time to work daily and work the schedule that is provided. Vacations and additional time-off require notice and approval in writing by the Owner.
Qualifications High school [or college] diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company?s production and quality standards.
Working Conditions Will move throughout the company facility for most of the shift. Will spend time sitting (sometimes for prolonged periods), standing and walking. Evening, holiday and weekend work hours may be required.
