Server Administrator Job Opening in Hill AFB, Utah - Job Requirements:
Active Interim Secret or Secret level clearance
Maintain an IAT Level II certification

Job Description (but not limited to):
Design, install, administer, and optimize servers and related components to enable Hill AFB business functions supported by the servers.
Ensure the availability of client/server applications.
Configure all new implementations.
Develop processes and procedures for the ongoing management of the server environment.
Oversee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of designated servers.
Provide server hardware/software installation and support.
Provide end device hardware/software installation and support.
Provide application installation and support.
Provide permissions and configuration management.
Respond to server outages.
Troubleshoot hardware/software errors.
Configure baseline and monitoring/auditing server event logs.
Provide vulnerability management to include utilizing enterprise patching tools to implement security updates and patching.
Provide server backups and/or restoral.
Maintain disaster recovery plans.
Document server hardware/software baseline, and all server administration procedures and processes.
