Office Manager/Bookkeeper Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Office Manager (Salt Lake City, Utah)
Exhibit and Interiors Design/Build Firm is currently looking to hire an experienced Office Manager to perform bookkeeping duties and basic office operational tasks. The qualified individual will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, organized, and have over 2 years? experience working in QuickBooks.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts receivable and payable
Payroll processing
Bank and credit card account reconciliation
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns
Maintenance of accounting filing system
Insurance compliance and renewals
Credit applications and vendor management
Office supply ordering
Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
A minimum of 2 years? experience using QuickBooks
Equipped to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to maintain a professional demeanor when communicating with clients and vendors
Compensation
This is a full time hourly position
Competitive compensation package available commensurate with experience
