Roofing Sales and Exterior remodeling Job Opening in Baltimore, Maryland - Looking for a salesman who can do a one call close. We will supply you with plenty of leads to get in front of homeowners needing a new roof and gutters, decking. We provide a top notch product so we charge a little more then our competition. Should be able to get on a roof and measure, if not we will provide satellite measurements. We will have a presentation for you to go over with homeowner. Need to be able to overcome any objections. Must gain knowledge about the product and other info. The appointments will typically be in the evenings when both homeowners are present. We pay a 10% commission on the sale anything over par will be negotiated. Most appointments are throughout the whole Metro area down to the 495 Beltway area Please email me for consideration.
