HHA - Home Health Aide Job Opening in Nisland, South dakota - Four Corners Healthcare is looking for a CNA/Home Health Aide to work as an independent contractor caring for a patient who needs prompt, reliable care delivered by someone who truly wants to make a difference in the patient?s life.
Patient lives in Nisland, SD. Shift is up to 2 hours per visit, 2 days per week.
Flexible schedule. Responsibilities include assisting patient with activities of daily living such as preparing meals, laundry, and housekeeping. Vital signs are taken every two hours and charted online. No Benefits included.
The HHA/CNA reports any changes in patient?s condition directly to patient's nurse.
CNA License: $12 per hour
No CNA License: $10 per hour Home Health Aid Training will be provided
Minimum Requirements Include:
Must pass pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen.
Must be able to obtain:
· * Tuberculosis Test (Approximately $25) available from Local Health Department at the applicant?s expense
· * Malpractice Insurance within the first 30 days of start date (Approximately $90) at the applicant?s expense.
