Family Nurse Practitioner Job Opening in Sioux Falls, South dakota - Medical Provider
South Dakota Urban Indian Health is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Sioux Falls clinic. The schedule for this position is flexible and could be part time or full time, with scheduled hours between 8 and 5 M ? F. The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary health care and medical management to our patients at a level that exceeds their expectations. They will develop a caring professional relationship with patients and their families, providing education and assistance in order to promote better patient self-care. Our Nurse Practitioners work in an integrated healthcare system with a Supervising Physician and Behavioral Health Providers.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Master?s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of Mid-Level experience
An active CNP license is required.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
Federal and State DEA certification is required.
