We are a well-established heavy-duty truck parts and service company in business for over 30 years, looking to add qualified & motivated personnel to our team.
Located in Fort Myers, Florida, we at DWI are seeking a Counter Sales Personnel , experienced with heavy-duty after-market truck parts. This position is intended for qualified applicants with Heavy Duty Truck experience. This is not an entry level job and experience is a requirement.
Must have extensive knowledge of aftermarket heavy-duty truck parts (i.e., Meritor, PAI, Spicer, Neapco, Timken, Automann, etc.) and be able to effectively assist customers over the counter and by phone. Good communication skills and able to provide customer service with regards to information, product sales and quotes.

* Answer all incoming phone calls and assist customers with taking orders
* Research part orders and billing out tickets
* Provide a high level of experience & professionalism
* Good customer service skills
* Must have valid Driver's License
* Must pass a background check and drug screen
* Hiring for a full time position, must be available on Saturdays
* Bi-lingual welcomed
* Compensation is based upon experience, which must be verified
* Have a strong, moral fiber and good character
* Must be over 21 years of age
