Position: Inside Sales Representative for a Head-wear company

Job Description: Meet or exceed established sales quotas.
Follow up on new leads and referrals.
Maintain customer relationships to grow existing account base.
Manage your sales by calls to clients, prospective clients and cold calls.
Inbound/outbound phone calls with potential and existing customers.
Educate clients through detailed explanations and/or demonstrations.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Maintain records of all interaction with customers, regardless of the outcome of the sales.-Process and monitor orders and drop ships.
Participate in various sales and marketing initiatives that may be determined by management.
Keep sales management informed of competitive practices.
Position Requirements: Familiar with namedrop, souvenir & custom made products is a plus.
Must be a self-starter & have ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience selling to retail stores, retail groups, distributors, etc.
Key problem solving skills.
Must be able to lift 50 plus lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be comfortable and confident while on the phone talking with customers.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook & Excel is a must.
