Sales Representative Job Opening in Gaithersburg, Maryland - After over decade of proprietary software use, we?ve decided to aggressively pursue a licensee?s relationship with startups, entrepreneurs and existing Real Estate Sign Post installation and management companies by selling licenses to our software. SignTraker Technologies, LLC. is a busy real estate sign management company. We provide software for easy tracking of sign installations, pickups, service requests and client inventory management.
We are looking for a results-driven individual to join us as a Sales Representative. This will be an hourly position with sales results commissions. You will actively pursue and engage customer prospects, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals, regularly follow up on inbound leads and sales inquiries, etc.

Responsibilities Include:
Selling services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Prospecting
Developing and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Planning an effective sales targeting approach to our sales territory
Ability to respond to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details, via phone, email, and online video conferences
Requirements:
High School Graduate
Bachelor?s degree is a plus
2 to 4 years of inside and/or outside sales experience
Well organized and detail oriented
Must have a valid driver?s license
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business
Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
