Lead Developer/Architect Job Opening in Columbus, Ohio - Lead Developer/Architect
You will guide your team through the complete SDLC, including sprint-planning, code reviews and meeting with stakeholders. We?re looking for someone to spearhead a line of business within a mid-tier enterprise environment. You will lead a team of up to 5 developers, and be responsible for completion of projects to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. You will need a strong passion for coding and delivering a clean product that you can be proud of. You should have a strong understanding of design patterns, architecture and creation of testable code.
Required Background:
Minimum of 6 yrs. with software development
Proven track record leading teams and projects in an Agile environment
Developed applications using , WCF, WF, C#, jQuery, AJAX, CSS & JavaScript
XML, Web Services, CLR and Active Directory
BS in Computer Science or related field
Preferred (but not required):
PMBoK (i.e. Agile and Iterative Development) strongly preferred
BI Tools & Data Warehouse design (i.e. SAP Business Objects or Crystal Reports)
Entity Framework, Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, SSIS, T-SQL and Database Security
SharePoint, SharePoint Designer and MS Office integration
Other Skills & Abilities:
Self-motivated, decisive, ambitious, high personal ethics and a willingness to take personal responsibility for the applications they develop
Develops professional and personal relationships with co-workers and end-users
Excellent oral and written communication
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
