Job Responsibilities:
· Develop new and ongoing referral relationships for the purpose of achieving business growth goals.
· Support business development activities, and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
· Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, senior independent facilities and physician offices.
