Air and Sea Freight Forwarding Cordinator Job Opening in Aurora, Illinois - Respond to customer inquiries,
Handle FCL and LCL from start to finish for both Exports and Imports
Cargo Readiness, Data entry into Magaya
Pickup request with trucking company
Drop to Air Carrier
Submit shipping documents to carrier
Work with accounting to make prepayments
Complete Export Bills of Lading (MAWB, HAWB, HBLs etc.)
Be able to Process information through AES system.
Work alongside support staff and overseas offices
Build relationships with clients and customers
Generate and maintain customer records, reports and shipments
Prepare routine reports
Work with Booking manager to enter Rates into Magaya and provide to all freight associates
Cargo bookings and shipments support
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,800.00 to $3,000.00 /month
