The Senior Data Manager will play a strategic and hands on role. The focus of the project is developing, shepherding, and executing the data strategy for a financial services company. You must be a seasoned project manager who knows how to get work done, develop relationships, and extract value from your team. Must have strong leadership skills to provide strategy, plan as well as daily direction. Must have excellent communications skills, problem solving skills as well as time / resource management background.
Responsibilities include: Execute on strategic Data Strategy roadmap, Translate roadmap into actionable, achievable project plan that is in alignment with the broader enterprise data architecture roadmap. Will partner with internal teams to provide direction, roadmaps, and how it applies to the environment. Act as a mentor to manage and develop team. Partner with internal resources to provide direction during project. Ability to build and work with a large virtual team across various groups
