Director Allied Healthcare Recruitment Job Opening in Palm Beach, Florida - The candidate we are seeking needs to have specific experience recruiting travel PTs, OTs, SLPs and placing at healthcare facilities and ideally schools too. They need to have healthcare staffing experience on the agency side.
As a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for managing our Allied Healthcare Division?s recruitment operations. Based out of our corporate headquarters in Florida, you will be in a key position that is fundamental to the organization?s success. In addition to being accountable for the division?s performance, your primary responsibilities will include assisting the corporate talent acquisition team in the hiring, training, and overseeing of Allied Healthcare Recruiters and Account Managers. We focus on providing the best possible client experience, and the direction you provide will play an instrumental role in carrying out this mission. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategy
Set individual goals for Recruiters and Account Managers
Manage sales pipeline of candidates and ensure optimal experience for all Allied professionals throughout all points of their interaction with American Traveler
Increase market share through developing existing accounts, acquiring new accounts, and engaging inactive accounts
Be knowledgeable of and cross sell other service and product offerings
Use proprietary technology platform to drive departmental success
Job Skills / Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree
Minimum 5 years? sales experience in allied healthcare staffing industry
High level of allied market expertise and understating of the market?s competitive temporary staffing dynamics
Placement of contract, travel, and permanent allied professions including PTs, OTs, RTs, SLPs and Techs
Strong allied recruitment management experience
Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
Aptitude for using technology systems effectively
