Business Strategy Analyst Job Opening in Miami, Florida - POSITION SUMMARY
A business strategic analyst is responsible for identifying the needs of the business and developing plans to determine the overall direction it should take to succeed. A strategic analyst is primarily responsible for developing analysis to support key business decisions and solutions by gathering, reviewing, and testing data in several ways. This person will have a variety of additional duties, including: securing information and resources, facilitating meetings. Strategic analysts should possess superior organizational and management skills and always be willing to learn and develop their trade. They must be able to communicate effectively with management and peers, both verbally and electronically. Critical thinking skills are an absolute must, and it is imperative that this person can develop ?out of the box? solutions for seemingly-ordinary problems.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS
Assist with development of customized product and service proposals with clear and compelling value propositions over and above next-best alternatives.
Assist in development of innovative partnership structures with economics and clinical outcomes aligned for long-term mutual success.
Assist with organization and management of deal / M&A processes.
Produce modeling and financial analysis of contract terms.
Interface with and optimize use of company?s internal resources to meet deliverable deadlines including Business Development, Strategy, Legal, and Finance.
Assist in development of intelligence of market and regulatory conditions and competitive environment that may disrupt ILS product/service offerings and/or create opportunities for inorganic growth.
Develop partnership presentations in a fast-paced environment.
Attend and participate in scheduled department and corporate meetings and product/service training sessions.
Attend and participate in internal and external meetings, including presentations to executive teams and board members.
Other miscellaneous duties as requested and required by management.
POSITION QUALIFICATION
Minimum Education:
Bachelor?s Degree Required
4-7 years of experience; principal investing (private equity or venture capital), accounting, or corporate development environment, with exposure to healthcare industry
Master?s Degree in a health or MBA preferred.
