Regional Outreach Manager Job Opening in San Francisco, California - MONTE NIDO AND AFFILIATES, comprehensive programs for the treatment of eating disorders, seeks a full-time Regional Outreach Manager to join our team in California. This will most likely be a remote position.

The Regional Outreach Manager will promote all Monte Nido and Affiliates programs by:

Creating and implementing a tactical, regional outreach plan in CENTRAL and NORTHERN California regions defining initiatives relating to business development to increase brand recognition in the eating disorder industry space

Developing strong ongoing relationships with both well-established and new referral sources

Working closely with admissions staff, families, and outpatient professionals, through regular and on-going communication, effective follow-up, liaison services during the admissions process and treatment stays

Establishing aftercare resources and cross-referral relationships

Strategically plan outreach initiatives (conferences, events, trips and individual appointments) to identified areas with the purpose of procuring clinically appropriate inquiries from those in need of our services

Providing excellent customer service

Moderate local, regional travel is required

Monthly trips within Central and Northern CA is expected

Qualifications:
Master?s Degree preferred; Bachelor?s degree required

Minimum of three years? experience in a healthcare outreach or business development role is preferred

A clinical background is desired, but not required

Proven track record of creating and managing a referral base within a regional territory

Must have event planning and public speaking skills as well as excellent relationship development and management skills

A fundamental understanding of managed care and proficiency in the use of Salesforce and Windows platforms is required

Must enjoy working with others and making new connections

Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrate strong ability to work independently, with situational fluency
