Who are we? We are a start-up that provides business ethics and compliance training, reporting software, and consulting services. We've got a great product and now we're putting together a team to expand our market worldwide! We're looking for someone with B2B HR software, legal, elearning, or training experience to join us to market, sell, and support our products. Duties include:
Prospecting, calling, selling, and closing sales of our ethics & compliance training and reporting solutions.
Becoming a expert posting, networking, and connecting and creating social media buzz.
Working with us to research and discover new markets.
Be a worldwide evangelist for honesty, integrity, and ethics in business and show how our products and services can promote a culture of integrity!
We offer a small base but can give generous commissions to make it worth it. For just the right person with solid performance, we may be able to offer equity in our company after proven success. We are not just looking for a sales rep but someone who will be a long term partner with us.
Experience desired:
B2B HR software, compliance, elearning, or training sales
Results oriented
Well organized and can work without supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BA degree or higher (business preferred)
Experience with social media selling and CRM systems & pipelines
Can live anywhere in the US but be available business hours Pacific Standard Time .

Compensation: $1000 per month base plus commissions & bonuses
