Marketing & Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Grindline Skateparks is the nation?s leading skatepark design-build firm bringing custom concrete skateparks to communities all around the world.
We are seeking a highly organized Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is looking for a creative working environment and will support our Lead Designer, Sales Manager and CEO in the execution of the annual marketing and business development plans. Candidates must be self-starters and possess excellent graphic design, written and verbal communication abilities. Experience with architectural, engineering, or professional service firms is desirable. Interest and understanding of action sports market, specifically skateboarding, is favored.
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will:
Produce graphic proposals; public relations materials; and responses to RFQ?s and RFP?s.
Develop content for all media platforms
Execute and collaborate on the communications plan for company and client projects
Publish Project Portfolio pages
Produce monthly newsletters and special event emails
Maintain social media platforms
Maintain current website content
Maintain the Lead Database
Coordinate marketing consultants (photographers, etc.)
Research target markets
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Excellent graphic design skills
Ability to work within deadlines, able to prioritize tasks and apply focused efforts
Experienced at content writing
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Organizational skills, multi-tasking
Self-starter with excellent time management skills
Required Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor?s degree with minimum three years of experience
Without a degree, three to five years of relevant experience required
