People make the difference at Northwest Playground. We are a distributor of many of the leading products of commercial playground equipment, shelters and site amenities. . We are currently seeking a Sales Parts Specialist to join our team and become part of our professional, positive upbeat environment. We are looking for a friendly, positive individual to assist our outside sales staff, and prepare quotes.
SALES ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determining what part(s) that the customer needs to bring the playground into compliance.
Working with customers to provide a positive experience for them
Preparing quotes for customers
Assist sales staff in preparing sales orders for processing
Reading and confirming scope of work in customer contracts.
Check status for pending quotes with sales & customers
Assist with projects and overflow
Input customer quotes into ACT!
SALES ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:
2 yrs. experience in a sales administration or coordinator position.
Experience as an estimator a plus
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously - with the ability to quickly prioritize
Strong communication skills
Desire to help customers
A friendly positive attitude is a requirement
MS Office, Outlook experience a must.
Able to manage work flow process on a daily basis.
