Full Time Sales Lead Life is Good Job Opening in Newport, Rhode island - Primary Responsibilities:
As a member of the Life is Good team, the Sales Lead is responsible for delivering a customer focused environment and engaging with customers to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. We require previous leadership experience in a specialty outdoor retail setting, and exceptional knowledge of outdoor technology and apparel products. In addition, the Sales Lead is responsible for a variety of in-store merchandising and displays; opening and/or closing the store per guidelines; ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are adhered to consistently at all times by all team members. The Sales Lead will supervise selling and operational functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures. This is a Full Time and Year Round position with opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities include:
Being an Ambassador for the brand by modeling top customer service behaviors and exemplifying brand appearance
Creating positive and proactive outcomes for customer satisfaction
Exceeding expectations with product knowledge for all soft and hard goods lines
Maintaining the visual expectations of the store to meet company image standards
