Job Title: Sales Account Manager ? Fire Protection
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for profitably growing our service agreement and quoted work portfolio to plan levels. He / She will work with operations and management to estimate and propose sprinkler and life safety service work that lines up with the company vision and financial objectives. This individual seeks new customer growth through proven, effective sales methods focused on profitability. The end result is a team-oriented, driven, profitable service sales department.
Essential Duties:
Develop a relationship with existing customers
Manage service contracts of existing customers
Have a complete understanding of each customer?s service contract
Ensure services are being performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Coordinate with service supervisors, dispatchers, etc. to ensure all customer needs are met.
Actively seek new customer growth through proven, effective sales methods.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Minimum of one year in sprinkler service, installation, or sales
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as a pleasant, friendly demeanor
Must have a valid driver?s license and an operating vehicle
