Sales/Customer Service Assistant Manager Job Opening in Ankeny, Iowa - Roles and Responsibilities:
* Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of the Retreat operations when the Retreat Director is not present
* Directly supervise and be accountable for Lifestyle Consultants (LCs) and front desk
* Train and coach Lifestyle Consultants
* Monitor staffing needs
* Manage customer issues
* Lead a team to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
* Actively participate in the development and execution of marketing, grass roots promotions, and stake holder relationships
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales management experience
* Must be Guest-driven
* Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated team-player
* People oriented with strong customer service and public relations skills
* Proven track record in achieving sales goals
* Working knowledge of computers and standard software
* Industry experience and knowledge preferred
* Available to work varied hours/weekends, evenings, holidays etc.
* Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution a plus
