CHHA/CNA's Wanted Job Opening in tulsa, Oklahoma - CHHA/CNA's Wanted We are seeking Certified Home Health Aids (CHHA) to work within our clients' homes providing direct patient care. Following a physician established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, our Certified Home Health Aids (CHHA) instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim Home Health Aid you will assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients and assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician established plan of treatment. Maxim believes that Home Health Aids are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities.
