Position Description
Growing and developing new business
Cold calling through the phone, over email, and in person.
Set up appointments over the phone, in person, and through email.
Create prospect accounts and leads in SAP as needed
Works closely with VP of Sales and Sales Manager to redefine process and procedures as necessary
Manages, organizes and participates in meetings as required.
Assists with expense reporting as necessary.
Resolves internal and external issues in a liaison role.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Good conversational skills on the phone
Strong computer skills including all applications in Microsoft Office
SAP experience preferred.
Data Entry experience required.
Able to thrive on working in a fast paced environment, prefer managing multiple priorities within a high-energy, collaborative, fast moving environment.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
Build rapport with customer and team members.
Have excellent follow up skills.
Qualifications
Associates degree required
Bachelor?s degree preferred
1 year experience in direct sales / sales support required.
Must be able to generate new business through cold calling and company referrals
Must be able to communicate well with others and enjoy working with other people
2-3 years? experience in Healthcare IT industry preferred.
