Residential Landscape Designer / Sales Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - The Landscape Broker has an established reputation as a quality and customer service oriented landscape design/contractor company. We are the preferred vendor for all four of the Shea Home Trilogy Communities across the valley, along with designing other high end residential landscapes.
We are currently looking to fill a full time residential landscape designer/sales position primarily in the West Valley, with opportunities at the other Trilogy locations around the valley. We offer a base pay with paid commission for each contract signed and installed. The Shea Trilogy Communities sell anywhere from 2-7 homes per week at each location, which means 2-7 new opportunities to meet with new members, design beautiful landscapes and sign contracts.
You must be proficient in AutoCad and possess a great deal of self initiative and sales expertise, with the ability to complete tasks within a given time frame with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
