Part time 20 hrs/wk + flexible, but set hours
Candidate must be reliable, professional and extremely proficient in QuickBooks.
Duties include; A/P, A/R, preparing and sending invoices, preparing monthly financial statements, budget prep and report, general ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll, working with CPA for tax returns, etc. and any other items needed to operate the business efficiently.
Minimum 5 years experience in above areas required. Strong up-to-date computer skills required. Must be; non-smoker, organized, and able to work independently.
Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
