Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following categories:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic hardware knowledge
Minimum two years of residential building material knowledge
Job estimating
Organizational skills
Detail oriented
Basic computer skills
Able to read blueprints
Self-motivated
Basic phone and communication skills
