A specialty practice in Fayetteville location.

Main responsibilities of the Center Manager include, but are not limited to, ensuring the efficient and effective daily operations of the assigned pain management office location; overseeing all administrative and clinical direct reports; and supporting respective providers in daily initiatives. By performing all required duties, the Center Manager guarantees that quality services are provided consistently to meet the needs of the patients, providers and organization as a whole.
In addition to a minimum of 5 years of clinical supervisory or medical managerial experience, successful candidates will possess the following qualities and more:
An Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree, preferably in a field of study related to healthcare management.
Minimum of three (2) years of clinical supervisory or medical managerial experience, required.
Working knowledge of best practices for medical and specialty office operations.
Outstanding verbal, written, and customer service communications skills, with a dedication to providing the highest level of clinical and patient care.
Excellent financial performance and analytical skills; specifically in relation to medical billing, healthcare metrics, and point-of-care operations.
Knowledge and experience in referral marketing program development and management.
Ability to think critically with exceptional problem resolution abilities.
Willingness to mentor and coach all staff to build a productive and high-performing team.
Understanding of clinical compliance procedures, as well as OSHA and HIPAA privacy rules.
Familiarity with EMR and/or Electronic Practice Management systems and technologies.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving, criminal, employment reference, education, and social security.
