Responsibilities
Integrate car deals into Reynolds and Reynolds
Reconcile statements
Disburse checks
Balance statements and finalize data
Prepare accounts for payment & verify data in system
Follow up on past due accounts
Perform basic and routine accounting functions
Maintain and reconcile schedules
Assist in processing Tag and Title work
Qualifications
Have strong communication skills
Are self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
Ability to communicate effectively & verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
Computer literacy and ability to learn Company software (Reynolds and Reynolds, Excel)
Clean and valid driver?s license and background
