Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Tampa, Florida - Full charge assistant needed by family oriented business to maintain and organize financial records. Will be responsible for accounting and general business support associated with food franchises and property management. Duties to include but not be limited to: check processing, general ledger entries and balances, bank and GL reconciliations, sales tax and federal tax reports, other general office duties. Required experience: Minimum of? 5 years bookkeeping experience Minimum of 3 years Quick Book experience Minimum of 3 years MS Excel and Word experience General qualifications: Proficient knowledge of general accounting operations Ability to reconcile general ledger and bank accounts Strong data entry skills Able to multi task Self motivated and detail oriented Able to organize and prioritize Overall office management skills Good communication skills both by phone and in person
