Kitchen Designer/Sales Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Builders Surplus is growing fast. We are looking for a experienced Kitchen Designers, who wants to be a part of a fast growing company. Someone who can demonstrate our values as a company, and help the entire team grow. We believe in selling the project and managing the position requires meeting and greeting people in a retail environment. Finding out their project, needs, wants, and helping them through all of the stages of a new kitchen or remodel. The successful candidate will have experience with CAD programs and ability to connect with our Saturdays is a requirement, but our family friendly hours and single shift offer a great balance for work and of operation are as follows (however, this position will work 5 of these days with two days off).
Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM
Saturdays 9:00AM-5:00PM
Sundays 11:00AM-5:00PM
Builders Surplus is a customer service focused home remodel retailer with 4 key categories, Millwork (Doors, windows, and Trim) Flooring (hardwoods, tile and laminates), Kitchen & Bath (cabinets, countertops, vanities, plumbing) are a privately owned company with multiple store locations with plans to expand. Lots of advancement opportunities for ambitious loyal individuals, with a balance between work and a Kitchen Designer you are responsible for greeting, designing, and managing the sales ideal candidate for this position will enjoy working in a retail environment, have big box retail background, have experience in sales, exceptional customer service skills, the ability to be part of a high performance team, and be goal driven.
