Responsibilities include overseeing the housekeeping, laundry , maintenance and security departments for a Senior Living Community. Candidate must have healthcare experience. Must have the ability to supervise and train staff, have excellent financial acumen, and be able to accommodate client and customer requests. Candidate should have a strong maintenance background and 3 years of management experience in a senior living, hospital or related setting and possess good problem skills.
