Description
Maintain financial transactions for multiple entities.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee Accounts Payable, Track and pay bills
Oversee Payroll
Track and pay taxes, including payroll, sales and use, unemployment taxes
Create and maintain departmental budgets
Maintain credit card accounts with multiple users
Input deposits from multiple merchant accounts and reports
Provide financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects
Maintain chart of accounts
Provide HR support; new hire documentation verification
Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions
Knowledge and Skill Requirement
Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
Quickbooks Pro proficiency
Confidentiality
Technical skills in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
Research and analysis driven
