Internet Sales Consultant Job Opening in Albany, New york - Goldstein Buick/GMC is searching for an additional Internet Sales Consultant to handle the volume of electronic leads that we receive on a daily basis. This person is responsible for all internet leads through a variety of sources - websites, 3rd party sources, etc. This person responds to leads via email and telephone with the goal of setting an appointment for the customer to visit us. They must be very computer savvy. Strong customer service skills are needed. Automotive sales experience is REQUIRED.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, with a portion of that being internet sales. They must have excellent follow-up skills and be well organized. Candidates who have experience in call centers - either inbound or outbound, retail consumer sales settings or regular dealings with the public are encouraged to apply.
