Responsibilities:
Follow-up on leads in a timely, professional manner
Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience
Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process
Qualifications:
Hold, or actively working to acquire, a SC real estate license
Driven to succeed and strong motivation
Passionate about selling and delivering exceptional client experiences
Outstanding communication skills
Love of learning
Compensation: $85,000 at plan - no ceiling on income
