Customer Service Representative for Healthcare Company Job Opening in Marlton, New jersey - SunMED Medical is a leading National provider of specialty medical equipment to patients in the home care setting. We are seeking qualified customer service representatives to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess a true passion for helping patients in need, outstanding customer service skills, a clear, articulate voice, as well as an understanding of Insurance and Government payers, an Explanation of Benefits statement, and how medical insurance benefits affect patients.
A working knowledge of DME, compression garments, and mastectomy products are all key attributes for this position.
It is imperative to also have strong computer skills which include working with billing software, Outlook, and general file navigation as we test for competency with these skills. Candidates must be comfortable on the phone for many hours each day speaking with patients, clinicians and Insurance companies.
We have a pleasant work environment, weekday hours from 9AM to 5PM or 11AM to 7PM, paid Holidays and vacations, as well as medical and dental benefits, a 401K program, employee discount program, and tuition reimbursement.
