Vendor Relations Coordinator Job Opening in Parsippany, New jersey - Rymax Marketing () the largest Manufacturer?s Representative in the Premium and Incentive channel is seeking a Vendor Relations Coordinator with excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Must be a team player, and will work closely with colleagues in multiple departments.
The Vendor Relations department is responsible for the acquisition, onboarding, and management of brand relationships for placement within the loyalty and incentive channel. This team is responsible for ?shopping? the latest trends and categories to introduce to our program customers, and negotiating the terms for a successful partnership. Recent brand partnerships include: MCM, Nest, Yale, Cole Haan, Dean & Deluca, and more.
The Vendor Relations Coordinator is responsible for:
Drafting and filing meeting memorandums
Compiling and organizing marketing materials
Quantifying brand exposure and creating reports for proof of performance
Organizing and maintaining Vendor address book
Customizing presentations for brand partners
Filing Vendor Contracts and Correspondence
Performing competitive analysis research
Running reports for brand performance
Managing trade show schedules and participation in additional event preparations, including minimal travel
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in an office environment. They must be exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced setting, and possess strong verbal and written skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
