The candidate selected for this position will serve as the Director of Business Operations in Roanoke for Therapeutic Alliance LLC., and will report directly to the CEO.
Purpose and expectations
The purpose of this position is to grow the site from no billable hours a week to 1,050 billable hours within a year. On a yearly basis, you?re expected to increase revenue of the site by more than 30% Then, on an annual basis increase an additional 30% for each year managing this site. The successful candidate will also be able to hire and lead a minimum of 30 ?A? Player employees on a daily basis, run operations, and procedures while reducing overall turnover to 5%. An ?A? Player Employee is defined as someone who obtains 90% or more of the hours assigned to them. Sales, marketing, and operations experience is a MUST in this position.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, health analysis, human resource management or a related field. Having administrative healthcare experience is a plus;
3 to 5 years of proven relevant experience or 2 to 5 years of experience at executive level;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to hire and retain 95% of ?A? players employees;
Ability to anticipate challenges;
Working effectively on a team;
Aggressive selling skills;
Understanding billing techniques;
Being detail oriented, efficient, persistent, teachable and coachable;
Exceptional organizational skills mixed with a positive get-it-done attitude;
Able to deal effectively with employees and clients with varying ranges of difficulty;
Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution skills;
Ability to adapt to a changing environment;
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, suspect-drive work environment;

Being a strategic thinker, creative, persuasive, assertive and excellent at negotiations;
Proven experience in developing and coaching a highly diverse team of healthcare professionals (desirable);
Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset, with a demonstrated history of creating partnerships with operational constituents;
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and a strong desire or aptitude for learning new technology.
